~Chapter 1~

APOV

"ISABELLA MARIE SWAN!" I screeched.

"Mary Alice Brandon Whitlock Hale Cullen! See I can yell too, it doesn't change the fact that I'm not going shopping with you." Bella said smiling/smirking at me. I growled in frustration. This had been going on for about 30 minutes. I wanted to go shopping but Bella didn't. Shocker. I tried a different tactic.

"Bella, I just wanted to spend time with you. You know, with everything that has been going on, I hardly see you anymore and you're my best friend." I said with puppy dog eyes, sitting next to her. I leaned my head against her shoulder, enjoying the warmth I found there. I felt her arm wrap around my shoulder and did an internal victory dance a moment to soon.

"You used that tactic two shopping trips ago, Midge" She said. We both froze up at the nickname, but before I could kill her, I froze in a vision.

Bella was in Mexico, on the beach, in a bikini. She was dancing to some music and I have to admit she wasn't half bad. She was actually really good. She could be professional.

The vision lasted another 8 minutes and 37 seconds, Bella doing various things in Mexico, and when I came out of the vision I noticed 3 things missing:

Bella.

My keys.

And My Porsche.

My last thought before freezing up in another vision was:

'Bella, your death will be slow and painful'

After letting that little nickname slip, I focused my thoughts so Alice would go into a long enough vision, so that I could get to her house. I grabbed her keys, ran downstairs, and jumped in her Porsche. (No, I do not have a death wish, I am just panicking) I made to her house in a record breaking time, for me anyway, of about minutes. Rose (we had made up and were really good friends now) was supposed to have my new vehicle here. My truck had "died" under mysterious circumstances, but I decided not to question it and just go with it. I quickly ran inside the garage where Rosalie was and walked up to her.

"Hey human, what's up?" Rosalie asked casually. I twitched, I had to hurry or I would end up becoming Ali's next meal. I loved my best friend, but she could be scary for someone that small.

"Hey Rosie, no time for talk. Gotta hurry or Ali will kill me! Need to leave now." I said looking over my shoulder, paranoid. She smirked, staring at me. I sighed.

"What did you do?" she asked exasperatedly, shaking her head.

"Called her an embarrassing nickname, then purposely made her go into a vision, stealing her Porsche." I said quickly. I then added, "Midge." When she gave me a look that said if I didn't tell her what the name was, I was going nowhere.

She cracked up, tossing me the keys, gasping out her goodbye. I went over and saw a badass motorcycle. It was black with some red swirled on it with random patterns. It was beautiful. On top of it were a black leather jacket, and a black helmet. I quickly put on the helmet and jacket, turning it on and sitting down. As I backed out of the garage, I called a quick thank you over my shoulder. In response, Rosalie just laughed louder. I knew I wouldn't be able to hide forever, but hopefully long enough to where she cools down a bit. I drove the rest of the way there in silence. My last thought as I drove over the treaty line was:

'I sure hope she makes it quick and painless'
