After voyager left the kazon broken and decimated it spent many years in depression, sects broke apart in gangs. Crime was no stranger to anyone, and it was often organized or simply to provide for a family. In any case something would have to be done or the kazon would be a forgotten spices. And somewhere a man with a dream to unite the kazon, in one faction, one confederation.
On a small moon known as yarkit there was a foot soldier in a local branch of one of the major crime originations formally the kazon ogla. The branch was small compared to the other gangs in the areas but still a very important area to the ogla. This man, the foot soldiers name was Valu. He was quite popular for a debt collector and foot solder but the people saw him as a visionary and a profit others saw him as a false profit. But despite that he was smart he was working his way up the ranks, he was always looking to make side bets and bribing his enemies.
After working the night markets and selling a hefty shipment of disruptor rifles to a rival gang he was on his way to his shack right outside the city. Until he heard many footsteps running behind him he ran too, he didn't know what he was running from until he heard a discharge from a rifle behind him. He though it sounded like the model he just sold, a million scenarios ran through his head but only one really stuck. He was set up by either his own people or a gang that was outbid for the rifles. He changed his direction, he ran to his hideout where his boss would most likely be. Just as he got there he felt a strong burn and shock and he was on the ground, drooling from the strong hit of energy he just took to his chest.
He woke up many hours, dazed and confused, later his chest sore. It was dark all he saw was his boss and a very intimidating man hovering over him. There whispers scary yet incoherent.
"where am I" Valu grumbled
"valu, you should recognize this room…you have collected many…debts in this room. And that's what I intend to do today collect a very large debt, from you." Boss explained
The very large man stepped in the conversation and said in a explicatory tone "You have been doing business on the side looks to us that you preparing for something, something big. And you're going to tell us what it is and let us in on it or else the phaser blast will be a minor injury to you.
Valu said nothing
Boss calmly and coldly picked up a surgical cutting tool that looks like it could cut through anything and tear it up in the proses. Valu squealed and quickly yelled "okay, I'll tell you everything." They both leaned in to valu waiting to hear all his secrets. When he simply said "now" and the boss as instantly tackled and tied up by the tr man in the room whom apparently worked for valu in the beginning.
After valu was untied he ran into the intercom and said "NOW!" and that whipped the brace into a panic. The men who knew what to do ran to the weapons and armed themselves the "others" who didn't share valus enlightenment were following along. Some were shot others imprisoned.
After the fighting at the base was over valu lead the army through the city taking it over one street at a time. People even join his army and it grew women and even some children marched through the city after it was all done Valu controlled the majority of the moon known as yarkit.
His campaign's rained death over the rest of the moon itself but after almost a year of victories and defeats he made it. He had full control over the moon where he placed a fair government. For the people but not by the people it was a socialist dictatorship. Ruled none other by Valu.
