Arena: Lon Lon Ranch
Scratch's Fight Info:
It seems that Bowser, the top villian of the Mario world,
wants to challenge Link of the legend of Zelda. Why, we
ask, does Bowser want to fight the Hero of Time? Well, we
talked to Bowser himself a little while ago. He said,
"That Link thinks he's all rough and tough just since he
beat stupid easy Ganondorf. He's so simple! I want to
show that Link that he's not all that....yet! So there
you have it. Then we went over to Kokiri Forest in Link's
house. We found it messy with Link's slingshot,
boomerang, longshot, lens of truth, ocarina, bits of
popcorn, and many empty coke bottles on the floor. We
found Link snoozing in his bed. We woke him and told him
what Bowser had said. He was outraged! He replied, "I had
nothing against that beast until now! I'll wipe him clean
with my dirty bedsheets!" So that's the story. We told
Link he could choose 4 things from the mess of his
bedroom. He chose his sword, his ocarina, his bow and
arrows, and his Hylian Shield. Bowser, we knew, had many
powers and the fight would be fair. This proves to be
very exciting! The Fight:
Bowser lumbered into Lon Lon Ranch, expecting to be pounced on by
Link. He searched the ranch, wanting to get on with the fight.
After hours of searching, Bowser was tired and frustrated. Then he
knew how to get the fight moving! He heard Malon, Link's lifelong
friend, singing in the middle of the paddock. Bowser walked over,
picked Malon right off her feet, and then, snapped her in half.
Link jumped down and screamed like a wild ape. He ran behind
Bowser and with no hesitation because he was so mad he ran into
Bowser's spiney back. He was bleeding heavily. Then Bowser tried
to headbutt Link. But Link quickly whipped out his ocarina and
played the Song of Time. A block appeared and Bowser whamed into
it. Then after he recovered, Bowser lured Link out of the paddock
and started hurling cuccos at Link. Link accidently stepped on a
cucco. That was bad news! Cuccos started coming from near and far
to peck Link. After a few minutes of that, Bowser squished all the
cuccos and headbutted Link back into the paddock. Bowser tried
headbutt Link again but Link dodged him and hitched a ride on a
galloping horse. Turning the horse around Link charged at Bowser.
The horse was spooked and Bowser, strong that he was, did not
want to get in the way of a spooked horse. He backed up right into
a jump. His spikes got caught in the holes and he was stuck. Link,
seeing this oppurtunity, jumped off his steed and slashed Bowser's
stomach until he got free. Link tried to run but it was too late.
Bowser's foot pinned him down and Bowser picked him up and hurled
him out of the paddock where the building where Link won the piece
of heart was. Bowser jumped to where Link had fallen and picked
him up and hurled him inside the building. Now remember, this
building had hay in it and the hay was moldy by this time. Moldy
hay is very flammable. Bowser used his fire breath and set the
building on fire where Link suffered a firey death and Bowser
stood victorious.
