A/N: I've seen so many cute Sasuke-and-Naruto drabbles and oneshots recently, I just had to write one too.... Sasuke's POV... This is definitely the shortest thing I've ever written... And to belive I was inspired by the Dictionary, of all things!! I looked up 'cerulean' and got "resembling the blue of the sky." It fit Naruto's eyes so perfectly I just had to write this. So tell me what you think.
Cerulean~
I can't get over how blue his eyes are; blue like the sky. They're wide like the sky too, impossibly wide.
They're always the same that way. But they can change also, interpreting his emotions at an impossible speed.
His eyes are always so easy to read. Not like mine. I try very hard to keep the same calm expression in my eyes at all time.
He makes no attempt. He probably likes being easy to read.
I'm glad he does, because I depend on those eyes. Depend on them more than I am willing to admit.
But I need them to be there, every day, shining impossibly bright.
I would fight for those eyes, I think.
Fight to keep them moving and alive.
Fight to stop them from glazing over, dull and lifeless.
Fight for the privilege of seeing them every day.
Fight for seeing azure eyes shadowed by thick brows and topped by a mop of yellow-blond hair.
Seeing blue eyes matched always by a grin as wide the sun.
Yes, I would fight for those cerulean eyes.
