Here is my entry for Man-Suz-She's SWAC Contest.
{Sorry it's not that good I've been very unwell and had to write this last minute}
Friday the 13th,
She remembered that day…
The day Chad passed away,
The day her heart shattered into a million tiny little pieces.
That was the day she gave up on LOVE,
The day she gave up on JOY,
The day she gave up on HOPE,
The day she just gave up!
Her friends new the real Sonny was gone forever,
It was as if she just blew away…
He was gone from her life and so in return,
She was gone from everyone else's.
She was H-O-L-L-O-W,
B-R-O-K-E-N,
L-O-S-T.
That was the day the world not only said goodbye to Chad Dylan Cooper, but they also said goodbye to Sonny Monroe.
She had never believed in silly superstitions,
She told Chad nothing bad would happen,
She told him it was just another day,
But now she knows that it truly is a day to be feared…
And as she stared at the headstone she wept,
And cursed under her breath,
She cried she should have listened and now she trembled with fear whenever anyone uttered the words…
"Friday the 13th"
I know it was crap but oh well, that's all I've got.
