"Amane-onii-chan?" Amane looked up from her book. "Yes, Hikari?" "Have I done something bad?" Amane chuckled, and pulled Hikari close. "No," she assured her, "You've done well. We got the crown, and you made a friend." Hikari nuzzled into her precious one's shoulder, closing her eyes. "Okay."

"Why do you ask?" The blonde blushed prettily, and mumbled, "You've been very quiet… You've read this whole time, and didn't look up to smile at me but once…" Hikari's heart fluttered as Amane kissed her forehead. "It's just a good book," she told the beautiful girl, and nuzzled into her hair.

"What's it about?" Amane chuckled, and pulled away, gazing into her semi-girlfriend's eyes. "It's about a girl with dark hair and dark eyes falling helplessly in love with a beautiful blonde who asks too many silly questions, but the girl loves her anyway and encourages the flow of said questions."

Hikari blushed bright again, and asked softly, "Does the dark haired girl know the blonde loves her too?" Amane smiled, and kissed her uke. "She does now," she whispered against the blonde's soft, pink lips.

Hikari's face flushed, and she closed her eyes as Amane's hands moved to her hair, gently tugging the long locks. The brunette was gentle as she moved her lips against the blonde's, and pulled away slowly, kissing the blonde's forehead again.

"Can…can I…" Amane smiled at Hikari encouragingly and nodded as if to say, 'go on.' The blonde sat beside her in the huge, plush chair and moved so she was curled against her side, face resting against her collar bone. Pleased with the arrangement, the school's 'prince' kissed the top of her head and continued reading, now quietly murmuring the words to her lover.
