Disclaimer: I don't own anything or anyone in this piece of work. This is the result of boredom. A/N: I don't usually write like this, but I was suffering from summer blues. So this is just about how Fred Weasley wants to ask Angelina on a date. Only one chapter, really quick. R&R!!! Flames will go to Fred and George for their next invention.

I'd never really been too afraid of girls. I'd hung out with some and stuff like that. But I'd never actually been on a date. That's a little embarrassing.
But I do have a crush on Angelina Johnson. I think I've liked her since.fourth or third year. George has liked Alicia Spinnet since I've liked Angelina.
But only recently have I wanted to ask her out. Just to Hogsmade. Or something like that. But I don't think I'll ever have the nerve.
"Ask her! Ask her! Ask her ask her ask her ask her!" George jumped up and down in the common room.
"Why do you care so much, anyway? I asked George, a little annoyed.
"Because you are my brother." He said, sounding like Barney.
"I sort of ment the REAL reason."
"Oh. Well, I think I care so much because you've never asked someone out before and you're a wimp."
"He's got a point." Lee Jordan put in. "About never asking someone out, not the wimp part." He added quickly.
"LOOK! Here she comes!"
Angelina had just waked into the common room. George pushed me out of my seat. The next thing I knew, I was standing in front of Angelina Johnson.
"Umm.uh.er.hi." I stammered.
"Hi Fred!" She greeted me warmly.
"I.um was wondering, uh, if you would." I paused. "Letmeborrowyourherbolgynotes!"
"What?" She asked, "Let you borrow my hebology notes? Sure." She handed me a stack of little notes.
"Thanks." I said dully.
I walked back over to Lee and George.
"FRED!" Lee stood up. "Go. Ask. Angelina. Out. On. A. Date. NOW!"
I could tell he ment it and I hurried back over to Angelina where she was sitting, starring at the fire.
"Thanks for the notes." I said cheerfully.
"No problem. You used them awful quickly." She said, stuffing them back into her bag. I took a deep breath. "Ange-" "Will you go out with me?" Angelina asked me, looking nervous. "Oh." I said shrugging. "Sure, sounds fun!" "Thanks!" She said gleeful as she ran up the stairs to tell Alicia. That's part of being a Wesley. Always keeping your cool. "Well?" George asked as I sat down next to him. I smiled slyly. "Let's just say, I didn't have to talk her into it."

THE END!!!!
