Glory to Shadows
Insanely powerful, his mood forecast;
Haunting face with blue-green eyes clever.
With long silver hair—But what of his past;
But the knowledge could change him forever.
Feeling cold, fury, rage, hate destruction!
"Fear me! why does the world stand in my way?"
He raises his sword with selfish passion;
And to his arch nemesis brings dismay.
He killed my love and scarred my heart for life;
He changed so quickly and has slain many since.
People lived in fear, a world of pure strife;
Only half human, an alien prince!
You left life defeated, silent as sound;
I won with will power—my name is Cloud.
Heh. This was originally a school project – write a sonnet and a ballad masterpiece. It's not exactly a master piece, but it will do :P. At the time I always listened to the orchestral and computer generated audio from the game and movie, and was totally inspired! (Go One Winged Angel WO0O0O0T!)
