Dear Primrose,
I know how you must be feeling because I feel the same way. I know that this is hard on you, but it will be okay. The Capitol just wants a good show, that's all. You're going to have to try and stay strong for Mom. I know she was good last time, but I don't know about this second time around. Gale is going to try and keep you fed.
I know that this is hard, but its time to say goodbye. Peeta is a better person than I am, and he will have an amazing future, which is why I'm going to do everything in my power to keep him alive. I know that this means losing everything that I value the most, but it is the right thing to do. I want you to know that no matter what happens do not give up, even if it means having to fight. I love you Prim and you will always be my little sister.
