Also, anyone who's wondering when the next chappie (love that word xD) of Scarred, Broken, Lost is comimg, don't worry! It should be fairly soon.

Anyway, the song they sorta sing is by We The Kings... But I think I've mentionEd that? xD Lawls. Review, maybe!:3

Alec Lightwood stood outside the shop, staring at his watch. Why was Magnus taking so long? It wasn't as if Alec approved, but that didn't mean he wanted to wait half an hour for Magnus.

The two boys had been best friends since they could remember, quite literally. Most of Alec's earliest memories had Magnus Bane in them, and he was sure he was present in most of Magnus', as well.

Suddenly, the stores alarms wailed, and a pink and green glittery mass suddenly shot past Alec, grabbing his arm. Alec was off, matching his best friend's pace. The two were only an inch or so apart (Magnus being the taller of the two) so it wasn't hard to keep up.

Out of the corner of Alec's eye, he could see a thin line of sweat on Magnus' face, but his glittery eyeshadow and just plain glitter was still perfect. Then again, Magnus could get mauled by a bear and Alec would still think he looked perfect.

"So, what was it this time?" The not sparkly one of the two boys asked of the sparklier one.

Magnus grinned, and held up a pair of large, pink glittering sunglasses. "These babies. I got you a pair, too."

Alec, slightly out of breath, replied with, "Oh, joy."

He started to glance over his shoulder, but Magnus hand suddenly reached out and snapped his face back to the front, still running. Alec was grateful for his agility training as a kid, which was why he didn't trip over his own two feet.

"Don't ever look back," Magnus said, suddenly grinning.

"They'll tear us apart if you give them the chance," Alec said, suddenly grinning, too.

"Don tell your heart, don't say that we're not meant to be," Magnus said, suddenly stopping in his tracks.

Alec had to skid to a stop, almost tripping- again. Magnus was standing close to him now, staring him the eyes. Alec's heart was pounding, which he was sure Magnus could hear.

"Run, baby, run," Alec said, grinning as Magnus' lips met his.
