A/N: So I thought I should do this oneshot for YOU! Yes, it's late. I was in FLORIDA, mkay?! So anyway review! My first oneshot!
On New Year's Eve, Chris and Martin Kratt were getting noisemakers out of a box in the basement.
"I'm so sad that Peachstar went on vacation..." Martin sighed. His sister was in New York, visiting her grandparents. (Yes, they DO live there. MY ma and dad. XD)
"Yeah, bro, I'm sad too. But we'll live without her- it's only for about 2 weeks." Chris reassured his brother. "And besides, we can call her if we need to- she took her Creaturepod with her when she left."
"But half a month?! I can't wait that long!" He took Chris by the shoulders and wailed, "We need her back NOW!"
"Martin..." The bros turned towards the doorway, where they saw Aviva Corcovado standing there. "You really can live without her. Even creature adventurers need to take a vacay every once in a while." (Vacay=vacation. XD.)
"Exactly. We take breaks from creature adventuring too, Martin. So let Peaches there relax and-"
"Chris, she could get taken advantage of a villain! Zach- he's always on the lookout -or Donita! She could make a scarf of her tail! Or how about Gourmand-Catgirl Crunchies! Ugh!" Martin's eyes darted back and forth in panic.
"Bro, again, you're fine. Just take 10 deep breaths..." Chris performed the technique with him.
"Okay." He stood up. "Come on, Chris. Let's head to the main room to put up these decorations for the party." He took the box and headed out of the basement with Chris and Aviva behind him.
"Don't worry, bro...I'll be back soon..."
