It was Saturday evening, many students were going in the castle from Hogsmead with candies or toys in their pockets. Hermione Granger was once again in the library, reading and researching for some information that may help Harry in the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament. She was getting tired from all the fruitless reading she has done for the past few hours. Her eyes were already half closed and her head looked like it was being pulled greatly by gravity, almost banging and hitting the desk. She decided to rest her eyes for a minute, they were already closed when suddenly she was alerted by a voice and a hand slightly shakes her shoulder.

"E'rmione" said the voice.

"Uh, uh, what?" replied a drowsy Hermione.

"Have you found anything yet?"

"Nothing relatively useful."

Hermione rubbed her eyes and looked at the figure beside her. The figure that stood straight was wearing round glasses and had a lightning scar on his forehead, Harry Potter.

"Well, I think we should get back to the common room. It seems nothing will be useful here, the library will be closed soon. You've already spent too much time here, even for you." said Harry.

"And what makes you say that?" Hermione asked.

"Neville lent me a book with some useful stuff." replied Harry.

"Oh, fine!"

Harry looked at her questioningly. "Are you okay? You seem to be a lot more tired than usual, despite being in the library for a few hours." asked Harry. "Oh I'm fine, just a little bit tired from a lot of walking today." cried Hermione. "Walking? You said you were 'hanging out' with the other girls from Gryffindor this early afternoon. Is that what you've been doing?" asked Harry with a slight bit of temper, which was highly unusual. "No! I meant I was walking to Hogsmead with Ginny." said Hermione with a small hint of guilt. "That's not true. Ron and I saw Ginny in the common room talking to Lavender Brown." replied Harry in an as-a-matter-of-fact tone. "Fine, just don't tell Ron." cried Hermione, then she swallowed. "I've been talking and walking around the castle with Viktor Krum" said Hermione, reluctantly and swiftly.

"You what?" cried Harry in shock.

"Just, please don't think I'm a bad friend or anything." said Hermione in a begging way

"Fine, I won't tell Ron… In one condition." said Harry, enthustiastically

"What?" questioned Hermione.

"Will you go to the Yule Ball with me?" said Harry, confidently.

"Uh - uh, oh. Well you see, Viktor already asked me and I said I'd go." said Hermione, awkwardly.

"Fine. How about a date after this whole tournament?" excitingly said Harry.

Hermione chuckled. "Sure, if you get through this alive."

They both laughed hysterically and proceeded to walk to the Gryffindor Common Room.
