!Spoilers! for the end of Noein.

I wrote this over the summer but Noein doesn't have it's own section so I didn't know where to post it.

Sometimes she still thought about the other timespaces, wondered what was happening in them and how people were doing. She thought of Lacryma and it would make her sad, not knowing what had happened to it, but knowing its path was a dark one. And yet she couldn't be completely sad when she thought of it. She could see in her husband the man her twelve year-old self had fallen in love with.

He had called her from Tokyo to laugh about finding his first grey hairs. They had been subtle in the beginning, just a few here and there, with one or two more each year. Then when he had turned twenty it had hit full force, and now at twenty seven he had fulfilled his other self's promise.

Will I see you again?

In fifteen years.

Apparently premature graying wasn't a choice, it was genetic.

She had made him grow his hair out to shoulder length, her one real request, and now when the wind blew it sideways and he turned to look at her, her Yuu was her Karasu. Her beloved was her beloved was her beloved.

When he had absorbed Karasu on their return from Sangrila Yuu had become something in between the both of them, not quite Yuu anymore, but not Karasu either. He was something a little new, but he was still an entity devoted to protecting her.

For a while though she didn't know how much like Karasu he would become, he wasn't anything like Noein, so it was possible he would grow up to be very different from the crow as well. Luckily such fears were unfounded, at least in this timespace, and their choices were leading them down a path of happiness. And her beloved was her beloved was her beloved.
