Trees flew by Jacob as he ran. He did not register his surroundings, nor did he care. All he could think about was running. Running faster and running further away. He didn't know how long he'd been running. Jacob's paws began to scream at him in pain to stop, but he couldn't feel that pain. A greater, much stronger pain had already taken over him. Jacob never wanted to go back to that place that continued to torture his heart. All he wanted was to get away from all the pain. The pain of knowing her sun had been eclipsed.
