"Recognized: Robin B-20"
The Computer rang indicating that a new person was coming into the Watchtower, Red Robin. The 17 year old's para-cape "wings" flapped behind him as he made his way to the Gym. The other members of the team were sparring, instructed by Superboy, when Red Robin made his way in.
" 'bout time you showed up," Conner said.
"Sorry, my girlfriend had called me over 'cause she wanted to talk, and her house isn't exactly close to a zeta," Tim replied.
"Okay. Team, that's enough for today, go it the showers. Me and Tim will spar now," he shouted. The other members left mumbling about how sweaty they were and left only Tim and Con. Tim made his way to the mat and both assumed there battle stances. Conner engaged first with a right hook, which Tim dodged.
"So," Conner grunted while evading a sweep-kick, "anything you want to talk about?"
"Naw," Tim answered, flipping over the clones head.
Silence.
"My Girlfriend's pregnant," he said.
"Huh, oop."
Conner was caught off-guard by this sudden comment and Tim kicked him square in the chest, thus causing him to lose his balance. He fell with a thud to the floor, and everyone ran back into the room.
"What happened?" Cassie asked as she helped Conner off the floor.
"Nothing, we were sparring and I caught him off-guard," he shrugged off.
"He said his girlfriends pregnant," Conner replied.
"WHAT?" she yelled dropping Conner.
"What's going on?" asked Nightwing as he ran into the room.
"Tim impregnated his girlfriend!" she exclaimed.
"Is this about Stephanie?" the ex-boy-wonder asked the center of accusation.
"Yeah," he answered.
"Oh, okay then," Nightwing said leaving.
Tim walked out of his room at the Watchtower wearing a red jacket, white shirt and baggy blue pants, with his hair gelled back, some fake stubble on his chin and of course and pair of dark sunglasses. He walked through the lounge where everyone was sitting with a backpack slung over his shoulder.
"Oh my god! Tim wha-"
" 'ssup, bro. Gotta get my girl to a birthing classes or whatever. Alvin's out. Piece," he replied and then walked out of the room and through the zeta tubes to Gotham Heights.
Oh my God! I'm laughing so hard right now! If you're wondering, yes, that's the baby Steph had given up for adoption. I was just wondering what it would be like if Tim told the team that Stephanie is pregnant and this was born! Alvin is the alias that Tim used to help Steph to Lameze classes, Alvin Draper. And this draws some inspiration from this picture. .
