CC barely glanced up from her pizza as Kallen stormed past. Lelouch followed moments later, practically collapsing on a chair.
"This new sauce is horrid."
Lelouch didn't move and CC considered throwing something in his general direction when the door burst open again. Kallen stalked past, muttering curses and something that sounded quite unpleasant. In that moment, CC had never been happier to be a female.
Waiting until she was certain Kallen was out of earshot, CC turned to the slumped figure sitting across from her and questioned, "Hey, Lelouch. Is there any tabasco sauce around here?"
When he didn't answer, CC picked up the closest thing she could find - a throw pillow - and threw it at his head. Lelouch slowly raised his head, eyes unfocused.
"Honestly. If you're going to put Kallen in charge as the head bodyguard, you would do well to stop pissing her off."
Lelouch opened his mouth to reply but CC cut him off. "I don't care what you did. My pizza is getting cold and I can't find any tabasco sauce."
A glare was her only response before Lelouch slumped against the back of the chair. CC pouted before glancing at the pizza slice in her hand. Maybe if she offered some creative ideas to Kallen the other girl would help her track down some tabasco sauce.
