Pyrrha's dead
Teams RWBY and JNPR don't exist. It is now RNJR for Ruby, Nora, Jaune and Ren.
Blake is on the run and no one has seen her since the battle of beacon.
Yang is at home but lost an arm.
Weiss's dad has taken her back to Atlas.
Ozpin is missing and presumed dead
Ruby learned that silver eyed warriors are special.
Vale is overtaken by Grimm
Team RNJR is heading for Haven which is their first and only lead to finding Salem.
One cold wintry day Ruby Rose and the remaining members of team JNPR stood at her mother's grave. They were heading out, on foot, to Haven, following their one and only lead. Months ago, during the Vytal festival their beloved city of Vale was over run by grimm. Most of the people and even the faunus had already fled the city so why are they only fleeing now, you may ask? Well the answer is quite simple, The members of team JNPR were mourning over their dead teammate while Ruby worried about Blake, Weiss and Yang. Bt as the months passed their minds all came to one final goal, one that they will achieve even if it meant taking their lives! That goal they all shared: was to defeat Salem and Cinder and make them both pay for what they did to their friend, Headmaster, School, and City.
After what seemed like weeks of walking but truly only a couple of days the new team arrived in Haven. Their journey was relatively easy with the occasional herd of grimm. Luckily with all the anger burning inside them they took out those grimm in the nick of time.
Arriving in Haven they had to find a place to stay. On the road they could have just unpacked sleeping bags in the middle of the forest and had someone stand guard while the others slept. Without knowing it, Qrow, Ruby's uncle had been watching them travel, but they hadn't need his help so he waited in the shadows. The next morning would have been difficult so right now all team RNJR needed was a good night's rest.
The next morning they went to go talk to the headmaster of Haven academy, Professeur L. They were greeted with a warm welcome and invited to the headmaster's private office.
"This school would like to welcome you and we are deeply sorry for your losses. Please stay as long as you like" said Prof. L.
"Thank you, sir. Though I must say we have quite urgent matters to discuss with you." Said Ruby.
"Oh? And what might those matters be miss Rose?" Questioned Professeur L.
"We believe some of your students may be the ones who caused the fall of Beacon." Replied Jaune
"I assure you, It was none of my students. But, may you tell me their names?"
"Cinder Fall, Mercury Black and Emerald Sustrai." This time it was Nora, who may act all silly all the time but has quite a good memory. Everyone was surprised at how she was even able to remember the last names.
"None of them are my students though the name 'Fall' is quite familiar. Though that girl left on her own accord 3 years ago. She would have been in her fourth year now. But she was just the sweetest thing. Ella Fall was her name. I don't know where she went."
"Maybe they were sisters? Cinder is definitely not the kind hearted type." Ruby thought aloud.
"Quite possible. Go get some rest children. I will look in to Ella, see if there is a connection between her and this Cinder, Okay?"
"Thank you Professeur." They said and left.
