==Ok, so this based off of a roleplay I had a while ago, and it me(jade) and Karkat had a moment 83 so just a JadeKat drabble; ENJOY!==
The game was over, and of course they all had to celebrate with a pool party! Jade sat comfortable in the shade, chatting with Roxy and Sollux, feeling quite a bit awkward as they were both growing some unexpected crushes on each other. Jade could quite clearly see Eridan in the shadows sulking as the two teens flirted. Jade giggled a bit, and said "Ok then, while you two do sloppy makeouts, im going to go over by the pool. "Fuck you jade! There are no thloppy makeouths today!" Roxy laughed loudly and jade wondered for a bit where she even got the booze… because John (it was his pool) certainly didn't have any. Jade flipped her ebony hair out of her face and she walked over to the pool.
"Hey Harley. I uh, like your bathing suit" She looked around t find the source of the scratchy voice and saw Karkat behind her looking quite flustered… but not blushing; she had always wondered how he never blushed or anything and yet got so flustered and embarrassed quickly.
"Hi Karkat! Thanks I like yours too!" This was the first time she had got a real good look at the troll. He was short for a troll, witch was still tall for a human; about 5'10'', it easily overpowered her 5'4'' frame. He had shaggy black hair with little candy corn horns peeking over the top of his head, grey eyes to match his skin but kind of had a weird red hue to them. He had a slimmer frame than some of the other trolls, but he as very well muscled. His bathing suit was black and grey and she actually did like it. It was completely unlike her dark green bikini, with lighter green paw prints all over it.
Jade's fluffy ears perked up when she hard Sollux sneer "heh heh, looks like Karkat hath a little flush crush" Jade glared at him and yelled across the pool "I HEARD THAT SOLLUX" Karkat looked over at his "friend" and very kindly flipped him off. Sollux raised his hands defensively and gives a look to Karkat that just screams 'kiss her'
"FUCK THIS! I'm going to the pool!" Karkat walked to the edge and Jade mischievously followed him and pushed him in! "FUUUUUUCCCCKKKK!" Karkat teetered on the edge and grabbed Jade's wrist and pulled her in! The Water shocked them and Jade ended up in Karkats arms from their tumble into the pool. When they surfaced they she giggled, "It was worth it!"
"I hate you!" Karkat blubbered, paddling towards the shallow end with Jade in his wake
"Aww, Karkat don't hate me " Jade pouted theatrically, and in a spurt of bravery Karkat looped his arms around the green eyes human and said softly "What if I love you"
Jade buried her face in the troll's chest to hide her blushing face. She flung her arms around him "What if I love you too?" She sneaked a peak at his face and was shocked to see a smiling face beam at her. She loved his smile; she wanted to see more of it; a lot more of it. But she wanted to be the reason for that smile.
"Jade, do you want to be my matesprit?"
"Of course!" Jade leaned up to kiss his cheek, but Karkat had the same idea. Their lips met and both teens eyes went wide, for the first time ever Karkat blushed a light pink. Jade hugged him closer and heard Sollux move up behind her and whisper, "Careful he might get a boner"
Karkat grumbled and moved his hips away a bit. Roxy, Sollux and Jade collapsed in the water a spluttering giggling mess. While the blushing Cancer troll sunk further into the water grumbling about 'ruining the moment' He looked at his beautiful new matesprit and joy filled his heart; he was going to be the best boyfriend/matesprit ever to her, or he was going to die trying
