Chapter 1: The Meeting
It was a beautiful day at the Rainsworth Mansion and everyone was there for the tea party that Miss Sharon Rainsworth was holding. It was being held in the garden, which looked all lovely for the tea party. There were roses, tulips, and many other flowers blooming. There as a huge table with many chairs in the middle of the garden. On the table, there was a huge chocolate cake with strawberries and roses made from frosting. There was also a huge plate of mini vanilla meringue cookies, chocolate brownies, and Russian tea cakes. Next to the large plateful of delicacies, there was a three tier tray. On each tier, there were different desserts. The first tray had cream puffs with whipped cream, the second tray had meringue cream tortes, and the third tray had beautiful crystallized candy flowers.Sharon had invited all of her friends including Oz Vessalius, Alice Baskerville, Xerxes Break, Jack Vessalius, Ada Vessalius, Oscar Vessalius, Vincent Nightray, Gilbert Nightray, Reim Lunettes, and one other person who had not yet arrived. Everyone was currently drinking Earl Gray tea while watching the fight between Jack and Vincent.
"Shut up you idiot! I do NOT smell like a girl!" Jack often got mad at Vincent for some reason, and today, this was the reason.
"You look like a girl too with that long and feminine braid of yours!"
That got Jack really mad. "Vincent... I am going to ki-"
"Juni!" Sharon ran over to the girl who just got to the party and hugged her, while Vincent and Jack stopped their fight and just watched them.
"Hi Sharon!" Juni hugged her back. After all, Sharon was one of her best friends along with Alice.
"You were supposed to be here an hour ago! What happened?"
"Sorry about that. It takes a long time getting from my home to here. And then I got lost in the mansion…"
"It's fine. Besides, what's important is that you got here safely. Come on, I want you to meet the others." She led Juni to where everyone was sitting and introduced them.
"Everyone! This is Juni. Juni, this is Oz-kun, you already know Alice, Break, Jack-sama, Ada-chan, Oscar-sama, Vincent-sama, Gilbert-kun, and Reim-san."
"Hi everyone! Nice to meet you all!" Juni was very happy to have made new friends. After all, who wouldn't want to make friends when they have the opportunity?
Juni sat down and looked around. Then she stopped and looked at someone. He had long blonde hair that was in a braid that went lower than his back. He had emerald green eyes and looked about 20. And he was BEAUTIFUL. She couldn't stop staring at him. At one point he realized that she was staring at him and he looked over. Juni blushed lightly and looked away. She started nibbling at a cookie and joined the conversation that was currently going on. But the entire time, she couldn't get that amazing blonde out of her head.
