Lust of her Life
Lavender rushed into the café and started scanning it for Hermione so she could tell her about the latest love of her life.
"Lavender, over here," her friend was motioning from a table on the far edge of the seating area. Lavender hurried over and was happy to see a plate of cakes and a pot of tea already waiting on the table.
She didn't even wait to be greeted before speaking as she slid into her seat, "Hermione I think that I am in lust. I was just coming out of Terrortours when I saw the most amazingly sexy thing!"
"And what was this amazingly sexy thing that has you in lust?" Hermione prompted knowing that Lavender was waiting to know she had her full attention.
"Well at first I thought that it was Ron because of the red hair but then I realized that Ron was taller and not as well built as the red head whose arse I was unable to stop staring at," the blonde bubbled, "you should have seen the tattoo that was moving up and down his arm when he was putting his fag in his mouth."
Hermione pushed the cakes towards Lavender in an attempt to break her out of the daze she seemed to have slipped into while recalling the redheaded man. "Did you talk to him?"
"Oh, I couldn't," Lavender replied, "Well I could have but as I was making my way over, and checking to make sure he wasn't wearing a wedding ring, Viktor Krum came out of Twillfitt & Tatting's and after he took a drag of the redheads fag the two of them went into WhizzHard Books."
Lavender was a bit confused when Hermione flagged down a waiter and ordered a chocolate sundae only saying, "You're going to need it."
Once the sundae had arrived and Lavender had went on about the redheaded man and started planning their first date she discovered why Hermione had said she would need chocolate ice cream.
"As lovely as that all sounds Lav, that was Charlie Weasley and he's in town with Viktor this weekend so they can share they news with the Weasley's that they've just been approved to adopt a baby girl from Romania. They should be able to bring her home from the hospital next week."
Lavender looked a bit crestfallen, "How do you know all of this?"
"I'm going to be her godmother," was the simple answer, "and did I mention Harry told me to tell you hi and ask if you'd bring fags into the office with you. He forgot his this morning and hopes his super amazing partner will take pity on him and pick some up for him."
