A Recent Memory Stirs
Dawn Bellwether knew of events yet to come. She sought to augment the abilities of predators, for they will be needed for Zootopia's survival.
To understand Bellwether, you must first know the past:
At a young age the ewe has friends among her own kind. One day, she saw a fox. He was savage, yet in control. Perfect, in every shape and form. He had no need for sustenance, for it was enough. All, the fox needed to consume was a strange blue flower from time to time.
She has seen his heroic feats. Savage yet in control. One day, she saw the fox, fight off wolves planning to attack her home. The fox was able to win and repel them all. One day, the sky rained fire. The fox was able to walk through the flames unharmed. The fox was able to help evacuate all of her family. The fox vanished one day, the blue flower remained.
She kept on to the memory of that flower. It was not until the day, the wolves came back to attack her village, that she decided to try. That fox, was able to sustain itself by eating the blue flower alone. She decided to consume one herself. When she awoke, there was no sign of her family. She was surrounded by the corpses of dead wolves. She has no recollection of what happened.
She became obsessed with that flower seeking to unlock its mysteries. One experiment after another, one savage animal after another. At long last, she found success. A wolf was able to act just like the fox before. Savage, yet in total control. Able to subsist upon only the flower.
The wolf said he would return one day and set off to parts unknown. Gone, was her perfect creation. Such a perfect animal should always exist. She began preying upon Zootopian animals in pursuit of the perfect animal. It was then she realized. If all predators could survive this process, if she could perfect it. She would be able to truly unite the world. The hand of fate was not so kind. She was sentenced to prison, for kidnapping those animals while being the one trying to uplift them.
She has remained there for ten years now. Time is short, for Zootopia will need the brilliance of Dawn Bellwether in the days ahead. You, must do what I cannot. You must be my harbinger and carry out my will. Bellwether must be freed, she can then realize her grand designs. The cosmos have ordained it to be so.
All, Judy and Nick have done help destroy the future of Zootopia. Bellwether and her knowledge of the flower is needed in the days ahead. Countries dislike the concept of Zootopia, we need these perfect animals to maintain order and not fall into chaos.
This vision was seen by a bunny who just happened to touch a yellow crystal. This crystal gave him the visions of Dawn Bellwether. The reasoning was sound, Zootopia will need Bellwether in the days ahead. He thought of a way to free Bellwether so she could continue her experiments to bring true unity to Zootopia.
Now, I will show you Bellwether before she was first taken into custody.
She had her subjects trapped in a pit. The perfect animal was about to be born. The bullet was replaced with blueberries and everything went awry. She had confessed her plan, she would dart. The birth of a perfect animal required extreme emotions and a feeling of profound loss. She worked for the greater good.
Now, that you have seen the reason for Bellwether's actions, it is now time to prepare to set her free.
