A oneshot from an idea I had. I may write more later depending on if I have more ideas for it and if people want it. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I don't own Thor/The Avengers.
Thor didn't remember how or when it happened exactly, except that it happened during the battle of New York. The details leading up to it were a bit fuzzy but the event that took place after that would be something Thor would never forget.
She must've been in her twenties, a little younger than Jane. For a moment he thought she was Asgardian but he quickly banished that thought from his mind. She had to be from Midgard.
She wore trousers made from that somewhat rough blue material that people from Earth seemed to like and a simple blouse that must've been white at some point but was now covered in soot. Her hair gleamed as it blew around her face in the wind; the sunlight catching it and turning it a brilliant gold that almost hurt his eyes.
Thor remembered thinking how different she was from Jane, who had a sort of meekness about her that this woman didn't possess. Her eyes were large and innocent; a blue that was pale yet bright and he remembered her looking up at him with them, her lips slightly parted as if surprised.
He had scanned her then, looking for some sign that she was something other than human but he couldn't find anything that agreed with that theory. She seemed to be rather normal, save for the fact she was beautiful. She was definitely a woman from Midgard and nothing more. There was nothing extraordinary about her.
Nothing extraordinary except for the hammer she held.
His hammer.
Love it? Hate it? PLEASE REVIEW! It would mean a lot to me. Also if you want more, then review and let me know.
