"Help! Help me! Somebody please!"
"Did you hear that?" Abraham said "Someone is out there, we have to help them." "Why? Let them fend for themselves. We don't have enough supplies as it is. We can't take in another person." Maggie said, not looking up as she sharpened her knife. "Help!" Another distant call from the stranger, the group looked at each other, they knew they could not help the girl without endangering themselves. "Alright I'll go, maybe there aren't many walkers. Adding one more human to the group won't get us killed, she might even be able to help us." Glenn got up and headed in the direction that the yells were coming from. He held up his machete as he moved froward unsure of what or whom he was going to come across. Soon he saw a small figure trying to get under a fallen tree to get away from her attackers. He hesitated, unsure what this person was capable of he didn't want to put his group in danger. He decided to hide and observe he knew that the girl was safe, she just had to wait them out. Suddenly a dark figure moved in and took out the walkers and got the girl out from under the tree. Glenn waited, wanting to see what the strangers were going to do next. Then the girl spoke he could not believe it.
He wanted to go to Beth but he couldn't he had no idea who her companion was and did not know if he was dangerous."Are you okay?" he asked her "I'm fine" Beth told him. She looked around the woods to see if there were anymore walkers. Seeing that they were not in immediate danger she turned back to her companion and said " I was able to catch up to my sister and the group that she is with. They don't know that I am following them. I don't want to expose myself and end up getting them killed." "Beth?" she heard her name and turned there stood Glenn, dressed in riot gear, holding a machete with the look of shock on his spoke softly, "Come with me. Maggie is not going to believe this." The three of them walked in silence for a few minutes, soon they were at the start of the camp. Glenn stopped Beth and told her to wait there "I want to prepare Maggie for what she is about to see." He left the two of them there, Beth moved in close so that she could hear the conversation between the two.
"I found two people they are able to handle walkers by themselves, they will be able to fend for themselves. We have to take them in." "Why, if they can fend for themselves then they don't need our help, and we don't need there's." Maggie argued. "We have to take them in Maggie, and you need to see why." Glenn turned around and motioned for the two to come out of the woods. First Maggie saw a young boy probably around the same age as Beth. She still did not completely understand why Glenn thought it was necessary for them to join the group. Then she saw the blonde she had part of her hair in a braid and the rest of it was pulled back into a ponytail. Maggie was unable to move she stood there and sobbed as she saw her sister standing there alive. Beth moved toward Maggie as if she was approaching a strange animal. Soon the sisters were in a tight embrace, both unsure that the other is alive and afraid that the whole thing is a dream. The four joined the rest of the group around the fire, they sat in silence as the sisters held each other and cried.
