1.Camelot"

"Wow" Merlin whispered to himself as he strolled into Camelot. There were people everywhere that seemed to be going somewhere in big huddles.

Then this girl that looked no older then 14 walked up to Merlin she had; perfect blond ,long hair that was swooped over one shoulder, sparkling blue eyes. she was wearing a long light red dress and was fitted so that her curves showed perfectly, she was also wearing a long, black cloak with a pointed hood that was down, lastly round her neck there was a sparkly blue pendant that Merlin had seen before.

"Hello, are you Merlin" the girl said sweetly "yes that is me" Merlin replied " I am jade, and I have been asked by Gaius to come and take you to him" jade said firmly

"ok jade take the lead and I will follow " Merlin said a bit worried

As they got nearer the square there was hundreds of people all in a huge circle around a platform. On the platform there was a executioner and a boy witch look about 22 he had scruffy short brown hair and he was wearing a very tatty and dirty white top and some trousers that where black and the ends were ripped and torn. They stopped to watch the execution. The king(Uther) and his son Arthur were standing high up on a balcony Uther was pronouncing " I hope this will serve as a lesson to you all, magic is not allowed in Camelot and anyone seen to be practicing magic will be executed!" Merlin gulped as him and jade walked of into the castle in silence. There were guards standing at most doorways. They both walked through many corridors and up stairs until they came to a rather dark and gloomy passage at the end of the passage there was a door with court fission wrote on it. They both entered.

Inside it was a bit dirty with bottles, books and potions lying around everywhere.

The walls where dark and mouldy. On a high platform there was a old man who looked about 55 with shoulder length gray hair and was wearing a brown robe he was rummaging through more books. "Gaius" jade called out. Gaius turned and lost his balance as he fell both Merlin and jade used magic to slow Gaius down and push a bed underneath him. As he fell Merlin and jade looked at each other in astonishment.

"what was that" Gaius yelled " I don't know it just happened" Merlin said helplessly

"It was magic don't deny" Gaius yelled back. Jade left the room hoping that Gaius will never find out her secret and that Merlin will keep it.
