When "Stefan" heard "Damon" crying in pain,he run quickly in order know what is going on ?and found him lying on the ground in severe pain so he sat down next to him to find if he hurt or something
" no more I can not take it anymore … stop this torture please" said "Damon" and once he felt a hand on his arm like he did not know that is his brother, that why "stefan" had to hold and shake him hard to make him sense his presence saying to him "what happened "Damon" ? just tell me so I help you"
""Stefan".. thank god .. please help me I can not take this feel of guilt anymore ... what I have done all this years to those innocent people" said damon once he really saw "Stefan" in front of him

" it okey "Damon" we will find what happened to you soon enough just try to relax " said "Stefan " in great shock and grief for his brother , he never saw "Damon" begging or crying like this even when they were humen , it broke his heart it is like he can not control his emotions anymore and that has a serious consequences for a vampire like "Damon"
"okey .. I will " nodded " Damon" then he tried to stand up to rest on his bed and "Stefan" help him and then covered him with the blanket to make sure he is comfortable enough
He sneaked out of the room when he felt "Damon" fall asleep determined to find out what the hell happened to his brother
