Amber was the youngest of her clan. She was always teased about being 16, while her sisters were hundred to thousands of years old. She loved to swim with the sharks and dolphines. They obeyed her every command because sirens were the queens of the sea. Her favorite shark was a great white shark named Delilah. They've been friends since when they were little. One day while she was swimming she say a man who was drowning. She brought him to the surface and tried to get the water out of his lungs. When he coughed up the water he thanked her and told her that he owed her his life. She told him that they could never see eachother again. For nobody knew that sirens ate the flesh of man. They were never to speak again. But over the next few years they began secretly courting. They began a family together. Together they had 7 children. 4 daughters and 3 sons. Their names were Adam, Claire, Matthew, Daniel, Christine, Rachel, and Samantha. Neither the town's people nor her clan knew about this family. What nobody knew was sirens can grow legs when on land. Victoria, the oldest member of the clan, was getting suspicous about her little sister's whereabouts. One day she went up to the surface and saw Amber with her husband and children. She saw how happy her sister was and the next day confronted her. She told Amber that she accepted her choice of her life mate. When the children got older, Amber brought them to her clan. They were accepted, even the males. They were the first male sirens in history. As the years went by and the children got older and the parents died, Amber died from a harpoon wound and trevor died of old age, they had families of their own and they had families as well. By the year 2019 there was 10 generations of the family. The current children were learning about their great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandparents. They took much pride in their family history. And when they have children, they will tell them this story.
