Author's Note: Thank you, THANK YOU for taking a peek at this. Okay, so I'm studying Shakespeare for Language Arts class, and I found out he's a pretty cool guy! Yeah, and he wrote these poems called "sonnets" that I thought were really cute, so I decided to write some for you! The first is about Edward and Bella! ((If you didn't know, a sonnet is a 14-line poem with alternating rhyming lines the first 12 lines, and a couplet at the end.)) ((If you didn't know, a couplet is a two-line poem that rhymes.)) Enjoy!
Edward X Bella Sonnet
One who flirts with things of myth
Also flirts with danger
When the only one you want to be with
Is the strangest kind of stranger
Who brightens up your lonely day
But must stay in the shadows of dark
Who has topaz eyes that make you sway
But has razor sharp teeth like a shark
Who has perfect hair, and perfect skin
And two perfect lips that you kissed
Who loves you for who you are within
And your smell that he cannot resist
He who brings enemies, peril, and death
Will protect you from them, to your last dying breath
