One snowy day in the village of Konoha, Temari walked around, searching for a place to heat up, when she heard loud screams of laughter. Before she could investigate, she was hit on the shoulder by a snowball.
"What was that?" Temari question. A lazy familiar voice caught her attention.
"Sorry about that. This is so troublesome." Shikamaru said. He looked closely at a shivering Temari, and noticed how she was wereing very thin desert clothing. O.O He took off his jacket and offered it to her. She smiled and blushed a little, but the moment was soon interrupted by Naruto and Lee, who were aiming snowballs at each other.
"Watch where you're throwing those. So troublesome." Shikamaru said. But, it was too late. Shikamaru was hit in the face. Temari, filled with rage, grabbed her fan and blew so much snow onto Naruto and Lee, that they looked like snowmen. All of the rookie nine(except Naruto) started to laugh at them.
"Serves you right for throwing the snowballs." Ino said, who had had her favorite jacket ruined by them.
"Oh! It's on now, Temari!" Naruto said, throwing a snowball. Lee nodded and made a few snowballs himself. What they didn't notice was that the clouds were getting bigger and darker by the second. And that they were being watched by Sai.
Sakura looked at the sky and saw how bad it looked. "Guys? I think we should go inside, now." No sooner had she said this, that the wind picked up. Everyone looked at Temari.
"You think that I am doing this?" Temari said. So they followed Sakura, who tripped randomly. Lee helped her up. He smiled. Sakura stared at him with "thanks" written all over her face. Lee blushed.
As they entered the Hokage's Tower, they saw Lady Tsunade passed out on her desk.
"Tsunade! You finished all your paperwork!" Shizune said, walking into the room with Tonton in her arms. "Hello, Sakura. What are you and the others doing here?"
"Haven't you looked outside, Shizune?" Sakura said with a smile.
"No, Sakura. I didn't. I was in the basement cleaning out the records." Shizune said. She then noticed that they were all wet and shivering. "You guys are going to get sick if you stay in those outfits." She leaves for some robes, blankets, and hot chocolate.
"I thought it was cold in here." Shikamaru and Lee said at the same time.
A few minutes later, Shizune returned with a bunch of robes and stuff. Everyone changed into the nice warm robes. But before that, Naruto sneezed loudly. Everyone looked at him.
Sipping their hot chocolate, everyone sat around the fire. Naruto was sharing with Hinata and Shikamaru was sharing with Temari. They all cuddled together for warmth.
"Bushy Brow. You're as red as a lobster." Naruto said to a crimson red Lee. O.O
Suddenly, Naruto spilled. Tsunade woke up and attacked him. Everyone else sat and sipped their drinks and watched the comotion.
"I love winter time." Sakura said. Everyone nodded and laughed.
