Michiru is a mystery,
A creature of the sea;
Her heart is in the darkness
No human eye can see.

Within her baleful art,
She seeks to find a way
To navigate the chaos--
A world in disarray.

In dreams and frightful visions
Day and night are mixed;
Upon a sovereign's scythe,
The world is transfixed.

Yet in her deadly duty,
Michiru sees a light--
A princess wields a grail:
The tool of Life and Right;

And if the battle claims her,
Her only hope shall be
To die beside Haruka
And rest eternally.
