The New Grissom
Grissom pulled Sara to him and held her close as Ecklie and the guys came into the room.
"How many times do I have to tell you Grissom? Keep your private life away from the lab."
Grissom ignored Ecklie and carried on holding his wife. "Guys, I'd like you to welcome the newest member of our team, Sara Grissom."
"It's sidle, when I'm on shift."
Everybody nodded and continued to gaze at Grissom the newbie.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Greg." Greg held his hand and Sara shook it.
"You too." Sara smiled.
"Put your eyes back in your head Greg, and keep your hands off my lady." Grissom held onto Grissom Sara slightly tighter. He wasn't used to her being with him around the guys.
"What have I missed?" Catherine asked as she came into the room.
"Heya Cath."
"Heya Sara. What are you doing here?"
"I'm the new CSI."
"Glad it's you." Catherine smiled and quickly embraced Sara. "Stop starring guys, we've all got work to do and you'd better get used to Sara being around." Catherine picked up the assignment that she would be working on with Sara and Grissom. At the door, Catherine threw over her shoulder, "Make sure you don't get on Grissoms' bad side over Sara if you value your life."
Sara and Grissom chuckled but everyone else paled and went to meet Catherine.
