A/N Hey guys, I know I haven't been on in... what... like 4 years? I'm so sorry! I have been busy with a bunch of stuff that I won't bother boring you with. Lets just say it's been one HELL of a rollercoaster. Here's a little drabble. I have recently been "forced" into the THG fandom. especially Joniss. I am going to try and write more, now that I have a working laptop again ;) Oh, and check me out on Tumblr! Info is in my bio. Love you guys and thanks for reading and you should totally let me know what you think, if I get enough responses, I might be able to be convinced to write more. Who knows though?! R&R Lovelies! xoxo ~E
Disclaimer: I do not own any Hunger Games characters sadly. If I did, there would be a whole different story line ;)
This was the happiest she had ever felt in a long time. And that was saying something, because she was almost never happy anymore. Not since President Snow had taken away everyone she had ever cared about. But this was different. She was finally going to get to spend the rest of her life with the one person in the world she knew she could never live without. The one person who had managed to break down every barricade and wall she had build up in the last few years and force themselves into her life.
She didn't think she could last much longer, the wait was killing her. All she wanted all this fancy bullshit to be over and done with so she and her soon-to-be wife – wife.
She liked the sound of that. Her wife. After all this ridiculousness was over, Katniss would indeed be her wife. Forever. Through the good and the bad, until they were old and grey, watching their grandkids playing out in the front yard while they sipped lemonade.
And it was going to start in just a few moments, because the doors to the chapel just opened, and Katniss looked –
Beautiful
