This is from Carlisle's pov. So, don't be surprised if it turns out like nothing that has to do with Carlisle's past. This is just something I wrote when I got bored.
"Carlisle!" the voice cried. "Help me!" I could hear the voice yelling over and over. Was it in my head, or was it someone really in trouble? "Carlisle! Help me!" the voice cried again. I tried to find where it was coming for but every time I got close to the voice, it would move to the other side of the room. I soon gave up but the voice continued. "Carlisle! Help me! Please?" the voice asked.
"Will it ever go away?" I grumbled to myself. I wanted to help the voice, but I had no idea where it was coming from. I gave out a long sigh and turned around. Behind me was person, their eyes a deep butterscotch. They scared me half to death. I hadn't heard them come up to me. "Carlisle. Help me." said the voice. It sounded more urgent now. I was unaware of what was happening all I was focused on was the beauty of the girl in front of me. Her brown curls fell down to her shoulders. Her lips were a soft pink. She was extremely pale. She was beautiful. Normally, I don't fall for girls that easily but she was different.
I woke up with a start. Crap. It was only a dream. She was so beautiful. I had fallen asleep only fifteen minutes ago. It was late and I couldn't fall asleep again. I got dressed and walked out the door, a walk will calm me down. The streets were dead empty. Plenty quiet for thinking. I walked slowly so I could extend my walk as long as I could. The wind picked up and it soon got chilly. The wind soon got through my thin jacket. It caused my skin to breakout with goose bumps. Suddenly, I heard footsteps behind me. "Hello?" I called before turning around. "What do you want?" There was no reply and the foot steps had stopped. I kept on walking and shook of the terror inside me. I was safe for about five minutes. I heard the footsteps again but before I say anything something jumped on me. I screamed on the top of my lungs. The person got off and turned me around. "What is your name, sir?" asked the person.
"My name is Carlisle." I replied in a shaky tone.
"That is a very nice name...Carlisle" he replied. He looked at me and studied me for several minutes. His black eyes staring intensely at every part of me. Finally he stuck his mouth close to my ear. "This won't hurt at all." he whispered. I sensed a hit of sarcasm in his voice. Before I knew what was happening, he sank his teeth into my neck. All I remember is the agonizing pain that ran through my body. He wasn't there for long. Soon he unleashed his tight grip and let me fall to the ground. His eyes were know a deep red instead of the black before. I blacked out and woke to the early sun shining on my face. The pain lasted for what seemed to be days. I realized what had happened and cursed aloud. "God dammit, What the hell did I do to deserve this?!" I practically yelled. I pulled my self to the shelter of my home. I thirsted for different things and finding them was not easy. My new life was going to be difficult.
Days passed and I was still in pain. My food was hard to find. I didn't whether human or animal blood was right. I tried both, but ended up with the animal blood. I passed as dead and soon made a run for it. People couldn't find me and realize that I was still alive. I ran tremendously fast through the woods. I had no idea what to do and where to go. I was all alone. I was still wondering about the voice in my dream. I wanted to know what was going on and where she came from. I soon found out where the girl was from. Her name was Esme. A beautiful women. On the brink of death, I saved the woman. She looked exactly like the girl in my dreams. It was strange though. I soon came across a young boy named Edward. And after that was the beginning of my new life.
