Sledding Fun
Kura: HiJack week time! *cheers waving a green and blue flad with a dragon on a snowflake*
Sakura: Okay... ahem. We were reading another fic, which had ten prompts/challenges. We are doing all of them. The first prompt/challenge was this...
Prompt 1- Jack convinces Hiccup to go sledding. Challenge- Hiccup gets a facefull of snow.
Kura: This is my first HiJack week, so go easy on me. The prompt/challenge is from 10 Days of Hijack by itsanauthorthing. Enjoy.
"Come on!" Jack whined. He flew after the scrawny viking who was ignoring him at the moment.
"I said 'no,' Jack. Sledding just seems... silly." Hiccup said.
Jack landed infront of Hiccup and gave him a deadpanned look. His face pratically yelled out, 'sledding-silly?-Really?'
Hiccup groaned and moved around the spirit only he and Toothless could see. But Jack was persistant. And stubborn. He moved in front of the viking again. Hiccup glared at him and tried to move away again. Jack blocked him again.
"FINE!" Hiccup hissed.
Jack smirked as led Hiccup to a hill. A sled sat on top of it. It was almost as if he knew Hiccup would cave in. Hiccup sighed in annoyance.
Jack just chuckled, "Get on." Hiccup looked at the wooden sled. He sighed yet again, and sat on the sled.
"You better be right about this..." he grumbled.
Jack positioned himself behind Hiccup. "Trust me. I know fun when I see it."
Hiccup grumbled and felt himself being pushed forwards, "WAIT! I CHANGED MY MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNDDDDDDD!"
Jack laughed as he floated over Hiccup and the sled. "Don't worry, I got you!"
Hiccup yelled amd gasped as the sled sped up.
Jack flew casually above him, staff clenched in his hands. He flew a bit further in front of the sled. "You're doing fine Hic!"
Hiccup just yelled more, "OUTTA THE WAY! I CAN'T CONTROL IT!"
Vikings ran out of his way. Some looked annoyed, some looked amused and some just looked confused. What was Hiccup doing? How was he steering and yet not in control? Hiccup continued to yell as he practically flew through Berk on sled.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" He let out a long yell as he actually did become airborn. Jack was under the sled, looking up as it flew over his head. What Hiccup didn't know was Jack created a ramp to make him go flying. Unfurtunately, Hiccup lost his grip on the sled. He faceplanted into a pile of snow. Jack winced when the sled landed next to him. Hiccup sat up spitting out snow as he did.
"Well?" Jack flew over, smile on his face.
"I was wrong. Sledding is insane!" Hiccup yelled.
"But?"
"But... I guess it was kinda fun... but next time, I don't need a snow facial. I'm not a girl..."
Jack just laughed and placed an arm around his shoulders. "Trust me Hic, I know. Now... I think tomorrow I'll introduce you to ice skating."
Hiccup groaned. 'Here we go again...'
Kura: Haha, that was fun to write.
Sakura: We hope you enjoyed it. Review.
