"MIMI!!" Sora yelled. "Coming!" Mimi said. She ran through the house until she found Sora. "Clean Kari and Yolei's rooms. It's awfully dirty in there." Sora commanded. "Yes maam." Mimi said, walking to her stepsisters' rooms.
"Mom!!" Kari and Yolei yelled from the front door. "Yes, dears?" Sora asked, walking to the front door. "Oh, hello! Yes, thank you." Sora said to the man at the door. "Who was it?" Yolei asked. "It was Ken, the Prince's Royal Adviser. We are invited to a royal ball tonight with the Prince!" Sora announced. "Yes, this is the perfect time to show off my new dress!" Kari said excitedly. "I can't wait to go either!" Yolei exclaimed. Mimi rushed out of Kari's room and went downstairs where Kari and Yolei were talking about the ball.
"May I come to the ball?" Mimi asked aloud. Kari and Yolei stopped talking. Mimi looked at Sora with hopefulness. Then they all burst out laughing. Mimi looked hurt and then she took the invitation from Sora. "It says, 'All women are invited'." Mimi read aloud. "That means I can come!" Mimi exclaimed.
"Hold your horses, Mimi. You must finish all the chores first. And if you can find something to wear..Then you may go." Sora finished.
Mimi gasped. "Thank you!" Mimi ran upstairs and did every single chore in less than two hours. She skipped into Sora's room and opened a chest. Inside was her mother's old dress. She took it out and walked into the bathroom...TO BE CONTINUED
