This fan fic is built on a few places my mind wanted while watching yu gi oh with my son.
First lets talk about cell division *cough* I mean the division of the soul. In Kemetic (ancient Egyptian) believe there are 8 divisions.
(Ntr/Neter – Kami – all that is wondrous, greater than us/ the forces of the universe and nature / God)
Ka - this is your double. Everything existing in nature has one, including the Ntr. This thing carries the imprint of the body, and I suspend is the massive container holding the other divisions.
Ba - approximately it's your astral body
Ab - the soul of your heart, it's where your personal intelligence is.
Akh- is your spiritual intelligence. It's imperishable and my philosophy on it is that it's that divine spark you inherit from god.
Djed - your speech
Sahu - it's kind of like the akh, and can be translated to mean over soul. This is what is rejoined to god after your journey is completed.
Sekhem - your personal power, kind of like your yellow chakra, this is your force of personality, your vitality
Sa - cosmic life force. This is the stuff of the universe, that which binds and ties you to it.

Lets start w/mom and dad
Shimazuryu is dad and he is kind of ... obsessed with his work. He came about when I sat down and thought well.... what would happen if you combined de lubicz with chirstian Jaqu and Muata ashby and then I went insane.... but that is the idea behind this guy.
Jenifer "Hatchepsut" is based on my first Kemetic Teacher.
I had other planes for Tamery, their daughter. Well I had other planes for her, but she didn't turn out how I wanted her and now I'm stuck with her like that, I really do hope I can get her back to her original personality. I named her Tamery since my first teacher named her daughter Egypt. This ended up becoming a 45 min lecture by her teacher as to why that was a bad thing, and I didn't want to relive it so I just named her Tamery instead.
Kayo is supposed to be a counter to the harshness of Ichiro, her hubby, is a stern kind of guy.
Bubbles and Cita are characters from something else I wrote and have graciously consented to appear in this story, for their own personal amusement I'm sure.....
I decided there is a six year age diff between Mokuba and Seto and that this takes place shortly before the death of their parents. So I guess Seto is 12 yrs old.
