Coruscant is a place everyone goes to make it big in their career. But it is a big place- and it offers few chances. Poem.

City of Dreams

Coruscant.
Planet and city;
PlanetCity of dreams.
Metropolis of the galaxy,
It's the center of culture.
Full of high rise bureaucrats
And allies of thugs.
Artificial gardens
And treasure trove museums.
Senate building,
Jedi Temple-
Republic Central.
Con artists and merchants
And species you've never seen-
They are all there.
But you'll only see a few square miles,
There's too much to explore
In over a thousand lifetimes,
With everyone groping
For a spot in the limelight.
Fifteen minutes of fame
Is just another lie
Because the city of dreams
Gives you just one chance at life.
