Hi there All!
New update! Sort of. I posted this on the kink meme ages ago, but never got around to posting it here...
Anyway, don't want to bore you with an author's rant, so Enjoy!
"Did you see the HUGE hole that Komurin made in the wall!" Allen laughed, bringing both hands to his mouth to muffle the sound.
Lenalee smiled, "And it took the entire science department as well as half a dozen exorcists to take it down!"
"And Komui's face!"
"Heartbroken!"
They burst out into another fit of loud cackles, gripping each other's shoulders for support and ceasing the walk back to their private quarters. Slowly, they quietened down, their breathing returning to normal.
Allen wiped a tear from his eye. "That was great."
Lenalee nodded in affirmative. "I wish that Kanda had been there to see it. He does like fighting..."
"Lavi, too." His boyfriend would have found the situation even more amusing than the two of them had.
"Actually," Lenalee said, still smiling "I may go see what Kanda's doing, seeing as his room is on the way."
"If you must." Allen frowned distastefully; he had no idea what Lenalee saw in the jerk of a swordsman. Strange taste, he decided.
They were a few doors away from Kanda's room when they heard a strange noise.
"ngh... Ah!"
Lenalee went rigid. They both recognised that voice. There was no mistaking Kanda's rough growl, even when his tone was thick with lust.
Allen automatically feared the worst, and spoke up.
"Lenalee, I'm so sorry. That bastard! I'll beat him and whatever trollop he's gone and-"
"Allen, please don't... I just can't believe he would do this to me, I love him so-"
"Mmm... Yeah, yeah! Yuu!"
Allen's face fell. There was just no way. Not his Lavi. Not with that bastard. He choked back a sob.
No!
There was no need to be upset, he had surely heard wrong. It was a mistake. Lavi would never betray him. It was a mistake!
"Allen-"
"No! It's not what it seems. There has to be another..." he trailed off, eyes flickering to the door.
"Stop, Allen, you don't want to look. God! I don't want to see!"
But it was too late.
Allen pulled at the doorknob. Locked. Growling he activated his Innocence and yanked. Wood splintered and fell to the floor as the door flew open, obscuring their vision for just a moment before they became subject to what they had both been dreading.
They weren't even on the bed!
Instead Lavi and Kanda were rocking against each other on the floor, clothes still on, pants pushed down around their ankles. Their hands were fumbling between their bodies, jerkily stroking hard flesh. Kanda whimpered loudly, arching up as Lavi sloppily tried to kiss at his jaw line.
"God, Lavi, right there!"
Lenalee sobbed next to him, but Allen couldn't move. Couldn't speak or lift a comforting arm across her shoulders. Couldn't fucking move. All he could do was look, his mind chanting over and over.
Not Lavi. Not Lavi. Not Lavi. Not Lavi!
I love him too much.
"Ah, Yuu-!"
So they watched. Hopelessness settled in their guts like lead, heavy and just as poisonous.
But the thing that hurt the most: They didn't even stop long enough to notice.
