0530 hours Saturday Harm's apartment North of Union Station
Harm rolled over to turn the loud buzzing of the alarm clock off. He rubbed his hands over his face as he sat up and proceeded to get out of bed. Harm stumbled his way to the kitchen. He clumsily put the coffee on and found a cup. "Oh shit." Harm bent over onto the floor and cleaned up the glass that was once a mug.
"Harm, Harm?" Mac called into the apartment through the door. 'He must be still asleep. Figures he would forget I was coming to run with him this morning.' Mac pulled out her emergency key and unlocked the large wooden door. She cautiously stepped into the apartment and noticed it was still dark. 'Lazy ass.' She thought to herself. She walked around the island and tripped over something.
"Oh shit sorry Mac. I didn't hear you come in. You ok?" Harm said as Mac landed hard on the floor. "Yeah, why the hell are you on the floor, in your boxers?" She asked rubbing her elbow that hit the floor. Harm stood up and brought Mac with him. She fell into his arms and they stared at each other. Mac was the first to pull away.
"Dropped a mug. What did you think I forgot about our running date? Not in a million years." Harm said as he stood up. He threw the glass away and retreated to the bedroom to get changed. He came out with a pair of running shorts on and carrying his shirt over his shoulder. Mac stood there staring at his bare muscular chest.
"Mac! Mac?!"
"Huh what?" 'Damn he looked good in his skivvies.'
"Enjoying the show. You know there is a lot more to this body." Harm said with a smile a mile wide. Mac just shook her head and poured herself a cup of coffee.
"You are such a tease."
"I know but you love me any." Harm bit his tongue and turned to face the counter avoiding looking Mac in the eyes. Mac just shook her head and downed her coffee. "You ready to try to keep up with me flyboy?" "Bring it on Ninjagirl."
With that they were out of the apartment and jogging down the block. They returned to Harm's apartment exactly 1 hour 30 minutes and 15 seconds later. Mac stopped at her car and grabbed the bag out of the back. Harm unlocked the door and walked towards the kitchen for 2 bottles of water. He threw one to Mac and took a big swig out of his own.
"What are you doing today Harm?" "Not much. I was thinking of taking Sarah up to my grandmas for the weekend." "Oh ok. I guess I will be going then." "Sarah wait. Why don't you come with me? I know grams would love to see you and I would love to spend the weekend with you. We could stop by your place and grab what you need." "Are you sure Harm?"
Harm nodded and Mac agreed.
"Why don't you go shower and I will pack my things. Then I will shower and we can leave ok?"
Mac nodded and made her way to the shower. 'I am going to talk to Grams. Maybe she can help me with these feelings and then maybe I can tell Mac how I feel!' Harm though.
'I hope he talks to me up there. I love him and I want to be with him. Emotionally and Physically. Oh how I would love to see him out of those skivvies.' Mac thought as she stepped into the shower.
Harm quickly packed his stuff and took out the clothes he wanted to wear. Mac came out 12 minutes later fully dressed and ready to go. "Hurry Harm." She snapped the towel and hit his butt.
"Hey that hurt." "Suck it up squid and get moving."
Harm took a fast shower and they left for Mac's place. By 0900 they were in the air on their way to Grandma Rabb's house....
