Kyubey turned to face Sayaka

"Witches are careful to hide in the labyrinths they create. You know that weird maze like place you were just in? That was a labyrinth!"

Sayaka relaxed for a second. Then spoke up again

"Yeah but what about you Mami. You aren't a Witch and you have no reason to hide. So how come we didn't already know about you?"

Mami smiled at her.

"Do you really think anyone would take someone screaming about witches seriously? Besides what would it accomplish? Only a Magical Girl can fight a Witch"

Sayaka was unconvinced.

"Pretty sure that if you demonstrated your magic first then people would take you seriously. And don't you fight with guns? I'm sure that the Police and Military could do something to help. And even if they couldn't you have a life outside of witch hunting. If people knew about magical girls then you wouldn't have to make excuses or deal with mundane problems when you need to be saving someone from a witch, you could just tell them the truth. Plus I'm sure your magic would be useful for things besides witch hunting, I mean if you could heal Kyubey then maybe you could heal Humans? Look I'm sure if we tell the police then this whole Magical Girl business would be a whole lot easier."

Mami stared blankly in shock.

"Huh. Never thought of it Like that"

It was an ordinary day at the station. Then a girl with yellow hair wearing a school uniform walked in like she owned the place. One of the police men there looked up at her.

"Do you need something? Are you lost?"

A golden light enveloped Mami and suddenly she was in her Magical Girl form

"Yes. I have come to break a Masquerade. Can I speak to the chief?"

The Next week there was a public announcement about the existence of Witches

1 Month Later

The city had been evacuated. The only thing there was Walpurgisnacht, Homura and a single bomber carying an atom bomb. Did I mention that Homura was about 100 miles away?

"I can't believe I never thought of this before" said Homura as Walpurgisnacht was killed by the strongest weapon known to man. The city was empty so Madoka and the others were safe. The police support allowed Mami to avoid death by Charlotte and they had Mami heal Kyosuke's hand. Kyoko never got involved in the first place. And they all live happily ever after (compared to all the timelines where everyone died anyways)
