When you enter High school, did you have high expectations of what would happen, and what you would do? What about the friends you make or the teachers' you have. Everybody goes into high school thinking, this will be a new beginning for me and in that way, it sort of is. I thought that when I entered Pitt Meadow's Secondary School, things would have changed. Boy, how I was wrong.

My first day at Pitt Meadow's Secondary, always a day to remember. I'm not saying that Pitt Meadow's Secondary is a bad school. It is actually quite good. When I entered Pitt Meadow's Secondary, it was like a whole New World, a new beginning; I could make a new name for myself. I was there, walking down the main hallway, with my closest friend at the time. We were just passing the office when I ran into some old "friends" of mine. Notice how I quoted the word, "friends". Some of them I knew, they were familiar. They had gone to my previous school. They were the ones I had feared. And then there were new faces, which I would soon come to know, and forever remember. As I walked by, they must have seen me, and started making remarks such as, "You're so hot" or " Owe owe". People started looking as to why they were saying this. I must've turned several shades over the regular blushing colour. I just wanted to vanish.

Until the tone went, signaling it was time to go to Homeroom, I tried to put my self away from the real world. I know they hadn't meant what they said. You could just tell by the way they said it, and who they were. I was glad when I reached my homeroom. Mr. Rocca was my homeroom teacher. He had been my basketball coach in previous years, teaching me practically everything I know today. Upon entering the room, I recognized some familiar faces. First off, I had Elizabeth. She has been my closest friend for awhile now. I would practically tell her everything. We liked different things, yet we could compromise on what to do whenever we hung out. I sat down and watched as more new and familiar people entered room 2229. Roxanne, who I hadn't seen for years, came and sat next to me. On my other side, Emma Nebavi, a close friend. Elizabeth sat diagonally across the room with Erin, and Dija. Both were expert basketball players and good friends or perhaps, acquaintances. Later arriving, Rylan, Jess, and Mike could rarely ever be on time.

Read and review, I know there's not much to go on rite now, but.. please.. just gimme an idea on how I'm doing so far..
