The console sparked and caught fire, Amy ran for the fire extinguisher and found it to be missing, "Doctor, the console's on fire! Where's the extinguisher?"
"I left it in the pool." The Doctor said, Amy pondered the reasoning of leaving a fire extinguisher in a pool as she ran into the room she grabbed the extinguisher, she noticed the pool was filled with blood. Rory floated face-down in the pool. Well, his body was, his head was sitting on the edge of the diving board, the sonic screwdriver protruding from inside his right eye. Amy screamed, which brought the doctor running from the room he was in, he stopped dead in his tracks the moment he saw the pool. "What happened?" he asked as he slowly walked towards Amy in the dim lighting, as the Doctor reached Amy, the lights flicked off for a moment. A small shriek came from Amy as the Doctor grabbed her arm and dragged her from the pool to the console. River appeared from another door in the TARDIS and ran to them, helping the Doctor sit Amy on the coach.
"What happened?!" River asked as The Doctor squatted in front of Amy, checking to ensure she was alright. The Doctor froze, and looked at River.
"Where did you come from?" He questioned her as he slowly rose to his feet, looking straight at River in his cautious way.
"I just came from the, the, well crap," She said as her voice dropped and she began to change forms, the Zygon, now in its natural form, looked at the doctor and said, "I came to destroy you, but something is beating me to it,"
"So, where is River?" The Doctor asked.
"Oh she's somewhere in the universe, I didn't kill her if that what you're asking" The Doctor looked relieved for a minute, then tensed up as a Cyberman gunned down the Zygon. As the Zygon fell, the Doctor brought Amy to her feet and they ran to the opposite side of the TARDIS console and out a door into a corridor that seemed to span for miles. They ran down it, looking for any way out, the sound of the Cybermen walking down was more than enough to terrify the already shaken Amy into stopping and collapsing.
"Doctor, I can't do it, not without Rory, I just can't," she sobbed as the Doctor fell on his knees trying to convince Amy to get back up.
"Amy, you have to keep moving, I know that you can't do this but you have to try!" he coaxed her back onto her feet as the Cybermen drew within firing range, "AMY, WE NEED TO GO, NOW!" They ran down the hallway of the TARDIS and the Cybermen fired after them, missing them barely. They entered another room, in which was the core to the TARDIS, this was no place to rest. The door closed behind them and the Doctor reached for the sonic screwdriver but remembered he left it there in the pool with Rory. Amy turned and shrieked, there, flying just above them, was a Reaper. It turned and looked directly at Amy and the Doctor, then lashed out and consumed Amy before the Doctor could even turn to look, "NO!" The Doctor cried as the Reaper turned towards him. The Doctor braced for the chill of death, but it didn't come. He stood there, and looked around, the room was different then it was before, he was in the library now. Then he heard it.
"Doctor, the console's on fire! Where's the extinguisher?"
"I left it in the pool." The Doctor said, before he could realize what had happened, he heard the scream and bolted from the library.
