The nights in las vegas were short. the days were long. the air was cold because the winter day. it was almost christmas and there seemed to be more killings for the las vegas crime lab to handle. the csi unit which consists of nick stokes, catherine willows, sara sidle grissom, meghan marie stokes sanders, greg sanders, gil grissom, and warrick brown. everyone one was busy because two of the csi were out of state. Meghan marie stokes sanders sat with her daughter summer anne marie sanders on her lap. their daughter now 5 years old.
Summer: Mommy when's daddy coming home
Meghan: Soon honey bunny
Warrick: Well isn't that the most prettiest girl in the world
Summer: Hey uncle warrick, do you know when daddy and uncle nicky are coming home
Warrick: Problebly soon, what do you want for christmas
Summer: daddy home
Meghan: besides that honey
Summer: everyone to be here all together for christmas, even untie lindsay
they looked up to see catherine willows come into the break room
Catherine: I think thats a really good idea Summer
Warrick: When is Sanders and Stokes coming home
Catherine: there coming home early. they should be here in 20 minutes
Summer: Yay daddy coming home
at the airport 20 minutes later

Meg walked over to him
he put his daughter down and hugged his wife
he bent down and kissed her
Greg: I've missed you two so much
Nick: Haven't we all
Summer: hi uncle nicky
Nick: hey pumpkin, your getting big
She looked at him
Summer: I grew an inch
they got into the danalie and where on their way to the lab
Summer: daddy guess what
Greg: what beautiful
Summer: theirs a really big tree at the lab
Greg: really
Summer: yeah and its got a lot of colorful lights and i got to help decorate it with aunt sara and uncle warrick
Greg: Thats pretty cool

Summer: mommy aunt lindsay is here
Meghan: Hello Lindsay

everyone was around the christmas tree, just like summers wish. her dad and uncle were home. her mom and dad laughing at something her uncle warrick said and the peace that was in the love of her family on christmas.
