What happens when you don't see someone that is special and so dear to you? Would you try to look for him or her? Do you miss them? Well, I do…

Disclaimer:I don't own Gakuen Alice and Naruto characters… I just use them to characterize my feelings in my fictions…

Author's Notes:This is a cross-over... This is an emotion I usually feel. So here goes my story...

I Miss Him

By: caiyt

"It's so hot.." Mikan said as she combed her hair.

It was in the middle of January, it should've been cold and yet it was so darn hot. She opened her laptop to continue encoding a part of her long book report. A message box appeared to her. She checked her mails for she hadn't opened it for almost 2 weeks.

As usual there were about 328 unread messages and 210 unheard voice mails. She strolled down the long number of messages.

Something caught her eyes.

"What the? Sasuke?" she gasped.

It was as if her heart leaped.

She clicked the message to read it.

After reading it she was overwhelmed.

"It had been 2 months since we last heard from each other. I thought I should forget him because he himself also forgot… but…" she quickly wrote a reply.

It was true… she liked him… even from the very start back when they barely knew each other… she liked him… she felt this eerie feeling towards him…

Her laptop buzzed.

'Who could this be?' it was a voice message.

She connected her enhancement.

"Yes who is this?" Mikan answered politely.

There was no answer.

She heard a smirk.

"Who the heck are you?" she asked again but a bit annoyed this time.

She was about to turn it off cause she was annoyed enough when someone spoke.

"Little girl… (Nene in Filipino.)" It was a familiar voice.

"Who are you?" she demanded.

"Don't you remember me, little brat?" he said mockingly.

"Sa-sas-sauke?" she stuttered either out of shock or too much happiness that was about to burst out of her. She didn't understand the sudden emotion.

"Why are you talking like that? You sound funny brat… did you grow, no, I mean, lessen your age and turned to a preschooler?" he annoyed her.

"You... you… GRANDPA! (Manong in Filipino.) Why you! How dare you call me a brat and to add 'little' huh?" she grumbled.

"Ohhh really… should I be scared now, little girly brat? Don't you miss me? Haha" he laughed mockingly as he asked.

"Wha-what?" her heart was pounding so hard.

"Oh, never mind." Sasuke said.

"Wait… uhm… how are you by the way? Huh Sasuke?" she was smiling.

"Hmmm let's see… I still have a complete body system and all my body parts are still intact… but there was something missing… I missed the brat who would usually wake me up and tease me before I go to school and stuff like that…" he narrated so fast…

"Huh, Pardon? … But you know Grandpa… I kind of missed the days I was able to annoy you and pair you with so cute girls…" Mikan mocked.

"In which you would be jealous of afterwards…" he laughed.

"Silly… I didn't do that!" she denied.

"So you're still in the state of denial, huh?" he laughed even more.

"I am not, you Grandpa!" she answered back.

"Stop calling me Grandpa and I'll stop calling you a brat…" he said.

"Really? Well, alright then…" she nodded.

"Deal?" he asked.

"Deal." She agreed.

"I missed you still…" they both said in unison…

Author's End Notes:This happened to me a long time ago, an old flame which didn't burn right. Hayyy. I just admire men who, even though they know a girl is admiring them; they don't treat those girls like virus. They still continue to have conversations with them. It's nice there are still girls like that.
