A/N: Hey yo! I think this may become my main story but do not fear, I will
write more of my other one (I don't like typing its title).

Summary: This is a tale about three young girls living in Alexandria under the rule of Queen Garnet and King Zidane. When the Festival of the Hunt brings them to Lindblum, they get caught up in a game of thieves and actors.

"Leapin' lizards, I didn't think I'd live to see it played again!" Exclaimed Ruby, the owner of the mini-theater.
"Ruby, you need to get some new vocabulary. I mean, who says 'leaping lizards'?" Bria said. "And what are you yelling about anyway?"
"It's the Festival of the Hunt! When I was a young girl in Lindblum they had one every year! Then after the incident with Queen Brahne they decided it was too dangerous. I never thought they would do it again. Its all Zidane, he loved the hunt. Oh, the memories."
"Please, save me the trip. So what is this hunt thing all about?"
"Oh, its kind of barbaric, but what it is is a bunch of hunters go and run around Lindblum with a bunch of monsters. The different monsters all have different point values. The person with the most points wins. Here, take a peek at this." She handed Bria the flyer she had in her hands.
"That's horrible!" Lita said as she came out of her hiding place on the stairs.
"So is eavesdropping." Bria said slightly disgruntled.
"News to me, let me see that flyer!" Reni said coming out of the broom closet and snatching the piece of paper out of Bria's hands.
"You guys are so weird!" Ruby sighed as she went to go clean the tables.
"We know!" The three young girls cried in unison.
"So we are going, right?" Reni said in a hushed voice.
"Duh, I mean, we are the three best mages in Alexandria. How could we not go!" Bria said like it was something that came first nature, being right that is. She was by far the leader of their little posse.
"Yea, but is Ruby gonna let us go?" Lita asked weakly. She was also right, Ruby had taken care of the girls since they were toddlers. She was like their mom.
"Easy, we just say we are going to watch. Or we could say we were going to cheer on Uncle Baku and Uncle Zidane." Reni suggested. She always was the mischeivious one.
"I like the second idea best." Bria said
"Me too, but need to get there fast. All the contestants have to be registered in three days and it takes 4 days to go there on foot." Lita said sadly. She was the rule-follower.
"Oh come on, that's not a problem. We can bum a ride with Zidane. He would be glad to see us using our skills." Bria said.
~At the Palace in Alexandria~
"I would be glad to give you guys a ride! I'm heading there tomorrow." Zidane said.
"THANK YOU!!" The three mages yelled at the same time, rushing up to hug the King with bone-crushing force. They really wanted to go, as you can see.
"Hey, anytime. Oh, what does Ruby have to say about this?"
"She's' cool with it." Bria said "Just don't talk to her because she might change her mind!"
"Alright, well can you guys be here at 10 a.m. tomorrow?"
"Yep"
"Sure"
"Gotcha!"
