...Hello... I don't know what came over me... This is so odd... I think I didn't get Colonel's thoughts right. My head's like a scrambled egg all the thoughts are jumbled up into a huge ball of... um... thoughts... If you want to flame me, please go easy on me... I'm doing my best...
Other than that please enjoy...

"Even Heaven Cries"
by: Ellis McDohl
Even heaven cries...
...Or so I heard a human say. I don't quite understand what that really meant but deep inside I know...
The General has declared that we will make a perfect reploid world where humans are not allowed to come. A place they can not trend on. A place only we, reploids , can rule. But doing this, I have no doubt we will be branded "Mavericks".
I can not blame Zero's actions. I respect him of all the hunters for he is a good fighter. Many even say he is equal to me, who is also one of the best swordsman in the Repliforce. But I doubt that...
...Because I think there is more to him than anything anyone had ever known.
The skies are darkening. I can see thick clouds racing across the sky covering the sun, inviting the rain to come. But there is still light. Only not as bright as it was before. Though it's enough to see the whole city from where I am now standing. A city where humans and reploids live.
But humans had begun to mistrust us. I know because of the way they looked at reploids. I can't entirely blame them for it is true that things weren't like they used to be. We declared war on them. A war we intend to win.
To be free...
...They say that they hate war. They say they want peace. But how can there be peace if even they fight amongst themselves? Their history is made up of so many wars, blood and tears. We, reploids only want to separate from them to keep this war from going on between the two races... It is also keep them safe from ourselves... Because I am still indebted to them for creating me and my sister. My wish is also to protect them...
And to keep this chain of blood, war and tears from continuing.
It's not a proven fact that the war will end if we do go but, it might work.
It might just work... I will stand by the General. I trust him.
...I...
...My poor sister...
...I'm doing all these things for her as well. I love her so much and I want to make sure she is happy. To make sure that she doesn't experience the sorrow of losing someone dear and yet...
...this war will take someone dear from her. I know that. It's inevitable. It is fate. No one can escape fate because if you deny fate, you deny your very existence...
That is the way the world works.
...huh...?
What... is this...? ...It's raining...
Raindrops...? ...Or are these... my tears...?
I see... so that human was right then...
...Even heaven cries.
END
************************************************************
Further notes:
It seems I haven't gotten over the writer's block... I don't know. I just started to think about this when I was riding home from school... It was raining then... I got a little wet... It's hard to get a ride home... And then... Well... the rest is history... I don't know if this'll be what he would think... *gwak!* There I go...
Bye for now...
