I opened my eyes, seeing black and white all around me.
The cold, white flurries that fell around me matched the color of the trees and the night sky was a devoid of color.
Looking down at myself, I wore a long, white pea coat with four black button, black high thighs, and black, ankle length bondage boots.
Taking a few steps forward in this dark dream, I heard footsteps mush in the snow behind to which I turned around...
Only to see nothing there.
Turning back around, I walked faster and heard the crunch of the snow behind me again.
Spinning around, I--yet again--saw no one.
I turned back, running as fast as my legs could take me--not once looking back. There was no footsteps behind me, but I still didn't turn around.
After running for who knows how long, I stopped and nearly collapsed, but I kept my balance by spinning forward on my feet.
My puffs of air could be seen in the air as I glanced around.
About to take a step back, I felt a piece of fabric behind me and tensed up.
Slowly turning around, my eyes widened at the creature, who had no facial features, and he was wearing a black suit.
Its strange, black tendrils spread from it's spine, coming closer to me. Before they could enrapture me...
I fainted.
Waking up not long afterwards, I pushed myself off the white covered ground out of reflex since I remembered what happened before my collapse.
Shakily standing up on my feet, I looked around to see nothing, but the white trees and white flurries still falling from the sky.
In the distance, I saw a blurry figure approaching in my direction.
I tried to move, but it's as if I couldn't, somehow transfixed by the person coming closer and closer.
As soon as they were close enough, I analyzed the guy's slight appearance and clothing: long, black hair covering his eyes, white hoodie, black pants, and combat boots.
He took three more steps towards, and I noticed red splattered across his lips.
I could feel his warm breath against my right ear, which made me shiver in anticipation of what's his next move...
"Hello...(M/n)~," he said giddily.
And I woke up into reality.
