It was that dreaded time of the year again...Summer. It was hot and humid and it felt like Rosa was living life in a sweat bubble. It took 3.5 spirit years for her hair to dry, and bugs flocked to her poor sweaty body.
It also didn't help that she had to choose between thigh chafing, and the unbearable heat of pants.
" Rose, didn't you want to go shopping today? You've never been a fan of the heat, it would be best to go sooner rather than later." Kurama said as was brushing his hair out.
Rosa nestled deeper into her pillow trying to pretend she was asleep.
" Rose it's 10PM. Wake up you're going to be late for work at this rate." Kurama said as he started lifting up her covers.
" I'm up, I'm up. Let me take a shower I'll be out soon." Rosa said rolling out of the bed and onto the floor
Rosa stretched deeply enough that her toes begin wiggling. She grabbed her own ankles and pulled her legs towards her shoulders. Rosa did several other deep stretches before she headed out to the shower.
"Mind if I join ?" Kurama flirted behind the curtain.
"... Yes, I'll be out in a second. Step out of the bathroom so I can dry my hair if you wouldn't mind." Rosa replied behind the shower curtain
Rosa heard a sigh and than the door gently close. A part of her felt bad that she's been pushing him away recently… but she needed to hurry up before she was late to work.
Rosa came out of the bathroom to see Kurama had already gone. At least she could dress up without an audience, but did she really want that?
" Oh shoot, I don't even have enough time to eat. I guess I'm looking extra gross today.
