Of Miracles
Disclaimer: I think this might be the first ever Smallville/Farscape crossover. Of course I could be wrong. But anywho, time line wise for Smallville's second season, after Clark destroys his ship and Lana goes to see him in the remains of the Storm Cellar, pieces of the ship form briefly and with Jor-El's voice coming through it, he gets sent to the otherside of the Universe as punishment for defying him. Ending up in the first season of Farscape around 1999 just after the events of the episode where the crew gets those star charts and nearly turned on one another over them. Clark's with them until they eventually make it to Earth during Farscape's third season, which would be around the time of Smallville's third season in between 'Shattered' and 'Asylum'.
With Clark's presence aboard Moya, most events remain the same but thanks to his being around, he's able to save Aeryn just before her death, thusly, keeping Zhaan from having to bring her back to life and ultimately dying because of it. Gilina, because of Clark, is also alive and there's a tense triangle of sorts between her, Aeryn, and John. Clark also kept Jothee from doing the stupid thing of sleeping with Chiana. But her and D'Argo still break up regardless. Lex, like he did in the show, helped prevent the Kents from losing the farm and actually managed to get Jonathan to let him bring on some extra help for the farm. Now, let's get it on!
Also, this will just be a teaser for now until I'm done with other projects.
Minus a few individuals, the whole world was watching as Earth's first contact with Aliens arrived at IASA. Amongst them, was someone many had thought to be long dead after thought to having died in outer space. His name? Commander John Crichton. The first ever human to go where no man had gone before and had survived to tell of it. And many looked forward to hearing all about it once the time came. Chloe Sullivan and Pete Ross were among those watching the events unfold from the living room of her home, eager to see the aliens Commander Crichton was bringing down to Earth with him. And they and others were certainly surprised and awed by the looks of a few of the aliens that had come down from the transport that was certainly not human. But when they got a good look at one of the visitors, the two long time friends were stunned beyond belief.
For it was none other then their long missing friend, Clark Kent! "Holy crap." Breathed out Pete as he looked at Chloe.
Who wasted no time in yelling for an exhausted to the bone Lana Lang to come down stairs. Who'd also been told without reservation to take the night off thanks to working herself to the bone so much for months after Clark's disappearance right before her very eyes. "What is it, Chloe?" She asked, heavy exhaustion laced in her voice as Pete excitedly busied himself with calling someone.
"Look! Its Clark! He came down to Earth with Commander Crichton and those Aliens!" Chloe told her as she pointed to the television.
At first, Lana wanted to disbelieve that but when her eyes looked at the screen of the tv, they widened. As sure enough, it was him. But somewhat older somehow, his hair shorter, sporting a five o'clock shadow, a bag of some kind in one hand, and wearing darker clothing as he came down the stairs of the strange looking transport. "I swear, Mrs. Kent! I'm lookin' right at him on the tv! Our boy's alive!"
Sobs escaped Lana, sobs of joy and relief as the boy she loved with all her heart was finally back and she couldn't wait to re-unite with him as Chloe wrapped her up in a hug. Tears of her own happening as well over Clark's return.
Author's Notes: Hope that's satisfactory enough as a teaser! But will the reunion between Lana and Clark go as she hopes it will? Will it for anyone concerning Clark? Only time and my own mind will tell!
