Summary: Dawn's POV after "Wrecked". It seems that Dawn knows a little more about Buffy's "dirty little secret" than she lets on.

"Do not think that you can hide things from a child, for they will know. Do not think you can hide things from a teenager, or they will constantly aggrevate you until they know."

Slaying of the all-night kind. Right.

How stupid does she think I am? Does she think I am an idiot? Do I have a neon sign on my forehead that says "naive"? She must think that I am a child. I'm fifteen, hello! That's what she needs to learn. Her life will be so much less complicated once she figures that out. Once she wakes up and smells the leather duster, y'know?

I saw all the marks on her. If one weren't all that observant, then they might actually think that, yeah, they came from fighting. But I am in high school. I know what it means when someone wears a turtleneck afetr getting "injuries" like that. They wear them to hide hickeys and deep furrows all on the chest and back. Cover up the evidence. But, really, come on. The turtleneck is the evidence.

Yeah, so I was spying. I watched my sister get dressed. I know it sounds sick, but I was doing it for research purposes. I learned that my sister has been doing stuff of the dirty. The slashes are everywhere. She really thought she could cover them all. And I know who gave them to her, too. If she knew that I knew, she would wig. But it's really pretty obvious. There's only one person she trusts, although I didn't know she trusted him like that until last night, that she would let near her and do that kind of kinky stuff to her.

The bite marks on her neck kinda gave him away. And then there's the fact that he has marks, too. Of the same variety, but this is no coincidence, I'm sure. And she smelled like smoke and leather when she got home, so go figure. But he doesn't try to hide the wounds, unlike her. In fact, I think he wears them with pride. Kinda like, "Ooh, boy, lookie what I got."

I'll bet she threatened to kill him. Because, if I know him, he'd be bragging to everyone.

Not that he has to tell. Anyone with an eighth of a brain could figure it out. It's only a matter of time before the others do find out that the Slayer's been down and dirty with the English vampire. A sexy one, at that. Surprised it took her that longto see what she had right in front of her.

Wonder how she'll react once they do. It'll be hilarious, so you know I'll definitely be there. But the real question is: Do I tell her that I know? Hmmmmm. Well... what would you do if you were me?
