There were only two times in his life when Lucifel tried to style his hair without hair products. On that day, he had run out of the product he usually used to style his spikes and didn't feel like going out in public while his hair was down. After all, he looked more fashionable with his spikes up, and he didn't want anyone to see him looking foolish. So, he concentrated upon what he wanted his hair to look like in his head before snapping his fingers. While his hair was styled, it was not in the way that Lucifel wanted it to be styled. Only the back was properly spiked and the rest of it had been left untouched.
Lucifel fought back the urge to sigh and tried once more, picturing the image in his mind more clearly than before. However, the second attempt also ended in failure. All of his hair was properly styled this time, but it was also parted in the middle and slightly resembled rabbit ears. This time, Lucifel did sigh in frustration before grabbing a comb and trying to force his hair to become a unified whole again. He eventually won the battle, but it took a whole hour to win and Lucifel descended to Earth shortly afterwards to stock up on hair care products. Never again would he try to style his hair by snapping his fingers.
